Collette Real Estate (formerly Dave Collette Real Estate) was an up and coming Realtor in Vancouver. He was wanting his business to jump to the next level and that required standing out from the pack. He was looking for a Branding package that included marketing materials to not only sell homes but to also acquire new clients.
After speaking with Dave, his primary focus was jumping from selling condos to selling houses. To do so would mean a lot more listing meetings & presentations. He wanted to come across as professional and memorable. Deliverables included a logo kit, corporate package, listing presentation, open house sheets, buyer’s presentation and a customized presentation folder.
The listing presentation is very important in acquiring new homes to sell. Realtors often meet with clients to sell themselves as to why they are the best choice to sell a home. The listing presentation offers information, sets expectations and sometimes includes a contract. Once the client has signed on, the real work begins and the pressure is on to sell a home. Open houses are often key in this process (also to mine new clients!), the open house sheet is a great way to not only have potential buyers leave with the home information but a chance to get the realtor’s branding in front of potential buyers & sellers.
